When can we host a party?
Parties can be booked daily after 4.30pm (including Saturdays) or any time on Sunday.
How do I book a party or rental?
Easy... just give us a call or email us at info@totspotcafe.com and we can work out the details.
What is included in the Birthday Bash?
- Exclusive use of the Café
- Kid Plates: Chicken Nuggets, Fruit, Cheese Crackers, Cheese, and Milk or Juice
- Cupcakes for All... Adults and Kids! Choose your cupcake flavor (Vanilla or Chocolate) and frosting (Chocolate and/or Color Choice)
How many Kids are included in the Party?
The Party includes up to 12 children. Additional kids are $10.00 each to cover food and gift bag costs.
How many Adults are included in the Party?
There is no limit to the number of Adults at our parties...In fact, we normally see double the number of adults during our parties.
Do you offer a Prime Card Discount?
Prime Card holders receive 10% off the price of the base 2 hour party. Please mention your status upon booking.
Do you allow Outside Food?
We do not allow outside food to be brought in during our Birthday Parties. Our Catering Menu has many options sure to please your guests. Food Orders and confirmed guest numbers are due 3 days before your event.
If you really want to have outside food, especially if you want a specific restaurant to cater your event, you can book a Private Facility Rental at $100.00/hr. This rental does not include any Tot Spot Food or Beverages... cupcakes and gift bags are also not available for this type of party, only the facility itself. Utensils and plates are provided for your use.
Can we bring in balloons or plates?
Sure! Feel free to bring in any personalized birthday party supplies you'd like. Otherwise, we provide all utensils, plateware, napkins.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, a $100.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation and place your catering order for Birthday Parties, $25.00 will hold your Private Rental. Full refunds are available within 1 week of your scheduled event. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to your event will be refunded at 50%.
Can we extend the length of the Party
Yes, in some cases. We typically leave a 1 hour buffer between parties and can accommodate a half hour extension. If you think your party will be going over the scheduled time, please pre-book in advance. Additional half hours are $50.00 and additional hours are $75.00.
